Fried Ice Cream

Method
- Scoop Ice cream into large balls and shape into large balls and roll in the plain flour and place onto a large flat tray covered with baking paper and freeze for 4 hours.
- Roll balls one at a time in the combined egg and milk mixture and roll in the fresh breadcrumbs and press firmly. Repeat process to double crumb and then freeze for a further 4 hours.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer and fry Bulla Ice cream balls one at a time until golden, drain on absorbent paper. Repeat with remaining Ice Cream balls.

Serve immediately in individual serving bowls with caramel topping.

- 2 x litres Bulla Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 5 cups fresh bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
