Chick Pea Dip

Method
- Combine all the ingredients together in the work bowl of a food processor.
- Mix well until smooth

Serve with pita chips, warm bread or as an accompaniment to BBQ kebabs, burgers or roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 200ml Bulla Sour Cream (Any Variant)
- 400g can chick peas, drained
- 2 tsp Middle Eastern seasoning

½ tsp crushed garlic
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves/Makes: Approx 2 cups
Refrigerate for up to 4 days covered. It is also delicious when combined with steamed pumpkin or lentils.
