Chick Pea Dip

Antipasto perfection


  1. Combine all the ingredients together in the work bowl of a food processor.
  2. Mix well until smooth
  3. Serve with pita chips, warm bread or as an accompaniment to BBQ kebabs, burgers or roasted vegetables.
Chick Pea Dip


  • 200ml Bulla Sour Cream (Any Variant)
  • 400g can chick peas, drained
  • 2 tsp Middle Eastern seasoning
  • ½ tsp crushed garlic

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serves/Makes: Approx 2 cups

Refrigerate for up to 4 days covered. It is also delicious when combined with steamed pumpkin or lentils.
