Spiced Liqueur Oranges

Spicy and sweet


  1. Combine orange slices, and any juice from the slicing of the oranges, liqueur, honey and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Toss gently to combine. Refrigerate until required.
  2. To serve, divide oranges between serving bowls, drizzle with liquid and serve with a dollop of BULLA Thick or Double Thick Cream. Enjoy immediately.
Spiced Liqueur Oranges


  • 6 navel oranges, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp orange flavoured liqueur
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ cup Bulla Thick or Double Thick Cup Cream

Serves: 4

Allow oranges to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving, this allows the flavours to be more prominent.

For a variation, scatter with lightly toasted flaked almonds or fresh mint leaves.
