Cream of the Crop at Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show

Competing against 1,000 dairy producers nationally, Bulla Dairy Foods is proud to announce its successes at the Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show last week.

Touted as one of the most prestigious and competitive events on the dairy show calendar, the Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show saw Bulla Dairy Foods compete against up to 1,000 producers in 130 classes, taking home 12 silver awards across their Frozen and Chilled Product ranges.

Acting General Manager for Marketing and Innovation, Adam Jackson, says the awards are not only a great coup for the company but are a tribute to Bulla Dairy Foods’ hard-working and committed staff.

“These recent awards are not only a great way to showcase Bulla Dairy Foods’ traditions and commitment to producing premium quality Australian-made dairy products but should encourage our workers to continue doing what they do and how they do it,” Jackson says.

“A company is only as good as its people and the 12 awards won at the Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show should serve as a reminder of this.”

Competing against Australian Dairy producers such as Fonterra Australia, Bega and Yalla, Bulla Dairy Foods took home silver in the following categories:

  • Bulla Cottage Delights – Tomato Relish
  • Bulla Low Fat Cottage Cheese Gherkin
  • Bulla Creamy Classics Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
  • Bulla Creamy Classics Boysenberry Ice Cream
  • Bulla Creamy Classics Vanilla Mini’s Ice Cream

  • Bulla Crème Fraîche
  • Bulla Premium 35% Sour Cream

Jackson says, “Bulla Dairy Foods is proud to be an Australian owned and made company, run by the same three families for the past five generations, and we're extremely honoured to be recognised as building some of Australia's most love and trusted dairy brands that are made the way they should be."

The Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show is an annual event held in the second week of February.
